Coaching and facilitating the whole team to improve performance and to achieve more. The essential aspect is to provide support in understanding and improving the team’s role, work styles and preferences as well as dynamics. Aims to build trust and commitment between the members.

I am a true believer in mentoring and have been designing, delivering and facilitating Mentoring Programs since 1988. Also have written a Mentoring Learning Alliance case study in the new Sage handbook of mentoring.
