I am a Leadership coach with over 25 years of experience in HR and HRD. Over the years, I have worked within companies such as Nokia, Neste, Haka and Aktia, and through my own company, provided consultancy and coaching services across a range of industries and in various countries.
Background
The cornerstone of my senior HR experience was built at Nokia, where I worked for over 15 years with e.g. Executive Coaching and Resourcing, Leadership and Capability Development and as Business HR in different business units and in several management teams.
From 2010, I have provided coaching and consultancy through my own 4L.com company. Since then, I have had the pleasure to work with many of the top 50 global companies listed in the Helsinki Stock Exchange, as well as with many growth businesses. Please read more about client experiences.
Education
MSc degree in Adult Education (University of Helsinki,) and Bachelor in Business Administration (Hanken School of Economics in Helsinki). I am Professional Certified Coach (PCC), certified by International Coach Federation and also Certified in Systemic Team Coaching by Academy of Executive coaching.

Other Projects
In 2014, I participated and supported GAIA Network’s Rhea Challenge Mentoring program with EY, which is designed for female entrepreneurs in Finland. The aim of Rhea Challenge is to help young female entrepreneurs to grow their businesses past the first stages, increase the turnover and enable the employment of more people, thus supporting the development of the Finnish economy. Currently, I am a member of the Rhea Challenge Program Management team. This successful program will take place also in 2016-2017.
